RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package back to us. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Note: If you reside outside United States, the shipping process may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have concerns about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
